I HAVE HAD MY BUILDINGS AND VEHICLE INSURANCE WITH MUNRO GREENHALGH FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS NOW.MY VAN WAS RECENTLY INVOLVED IN A COLLISION,AND ITS ONLY THEN THAT YOU FIND OUT HOW GOOD YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY REALLY IS. AS SOON AS I TOLD MUNRO GREENHALGH ABOUT THE INCIDENT THEY COMPLETELY TOOK CHARGE AND HANDLED EVERYTHING VERY QUICKLY. AS IT WAS A BUSINESS VEHICLE THEY VERY QUICKLY GOT ME A REPLACEMENT HIRE VEHICLE SO I COULD GO ABOUT MY BUSINESS,AND THE WHOLE CLAIM WAS SETTLED WITHIN A SHORT SPACE OF TIME.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MUNRO GREENHALGH.

We have just had our fleet insurance renewal quote. Not only have we added vehicles but the premium is considerably cheaper than last year and with a well known reputable company. I have used Munro Greenhalgh for several years and have again been delighted with the individual service received this year by Daniel Holleran who has given professional advice on Landlord Insurance. He has responded quickly by e-mail, taking on board comments and taken time to seek out a better deal rather than automatic renewal with last year's Insurer. His approach to me has made me feel like an individual client and I appreciate his time, patience and effort during such times when communication has not always been easy.

What can I say apart from excellent . Nothing is to much trouble . Crashed my car and Tracy ( the one that deals with crashed cars ) was on it straight away got my car Collected and sorted within days . Money paid out and new car arrived . Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my insurance . 6 stars .
