I recently used Lifestyle Lettings to sell my terraced property in Tottington, taking advantage of one of their special offers. I did wonder at first, if I should have gone for one of the more traditionally 'local' estate agents. I needn't have worried at all. From the outset they were friendly, professional and proactive. They didn't make false promises, in fact their valuation was realistic, coming in at between two others I obtained. Their marketing had the immediate desired effect as we had viewers through the door on the same day the house was listed on Rightmove. We had an offer within 6 weeks and moved into our new home 2 months later. Have used to other local estate agents before but would definitely recommend Lifestyle to friends. Top job.

We have lived here since 2012. We are very pleased with Lifestyle if we need any repairs or things done, we get a very prompt response. Chris and Niall are very friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble.

I am delighted at using Lifestyle letting for their professional approach in managing our portfolio. Niall and his team are efficient at responding to every query raised by either the tenant or us the landlords and all communication is courteous in every sense.
