Natalie is so helpful. Anytime I have an issue or need something in the property sorting, she arranges someone to come out straight away. She always replies to my emails and helps out however she can. She's very friendly and approachable and always seems happy to help.

The customer service, is excellent. For all who are looking to rent a property, strongly consider what lifestyle have to offer. It was one of the best decisions i have made moving to Bury to be closer to Work, and Lifestyle helped with making that best decision.

I have rented out my property since 2005 and had awful experiences with 2 letting agents. Luckily I found Lifestyle in 2011 and have been very happy with their service. They have worked hard to ensure periods between tenants were kept to a minimum. When my last tenants left in July I decided that the time was right to sell the property and I was more than happy to give Lifestyle the opportunity to do this for me. The property was presented with lots of attractive photos and encouraged numerous internet hits which resulted in a number of viewings. In little over a week a potential buyer had been found. I am very happy to recommend Niall and Lifestyle.

For a number of reasons Mel needed a quick turnaround which is never easy however, due to her flexibility and the time set aside throughout the recruitment process this was achieved with a days to spare.
From initial introduction to job spec, advertising, interviewing, offering and candidates starting, Melanie and Niall were always there just in case. We decided that we wanted to move house earlier this year, and after meeting Niall, Melanie and Christopher at Lifestyle we felt happy knowing that our house sale was in great hands. Niall visited our home and advised us where to position our pricing, and Christopher took the photos. The house went up for sale on a Tuesday, and the following Monday it was sold. At every enquiry, and after every viewing Niall kept up fully updated on the viewers comments. When the interest level increased Niall managed all the negotiations and advised us every step of the way on who was in the best position for an immediate sale with mortgages etc. in place. The whole process with the guys at Lifestyle was a walk in the park and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you for selling our home in 6 days, and for more than the asking price!
