We have recently let a house through Belvoir. We found the service extremely professional and, importantly, very pro-active. Within 24hrs of the Belvoir team viewing the property we had a listing on "Rightmove" with photographs and we had a verbal agreement to let within 10 days. Chris and Phil followed this up very proactively organising all administration (let only service) along with competitively pricing and executing some minor remedial works (through their retained contractors). Belvoir and the team where so helpful when i needed to move Apt, they arranged everything including swopping the Gas and Electric over and putting me in touch with Endsleigh Insurance who reduced my Insurance cost. They even supplied me with a Move in box that gave me all the essentials I need Coffee, Milk. I would recommend Belvoir Lettings to anyone looking to move.
