I have just moved into my new home with thanks to Belvoir Bury. I have had no luck recently finding a new home, I seem to just miss out on anything nice plus other lettings agent never return your calls. This wasn't the case with Belvoir. Phil and Chris made it so easy for me and I can not thank them enough, they rang me when they said they would and showed me some amazing homes. Phil & Chris @ Belvoir Bury where amazing. This was the first time I have Let my house and I wasn't sure what was involved. I emailed and rang round other agents in town around tea time when I thought agents where closed, within 5 minutes of my enquiry I received an email back for Phil with a full breakdown of thier service. The next day Chris called and ran through thier service with me. I was so impressed by Belvoir I only had them visit. They offered me a fully managed service meaning I didn't need worry about my property. They told me that my property would go quick!! 2 Days it took them, wow!
