Tuddenham Mill's Head Chef is to feature on BBC2's the Great British Menu
Paul Foster will be appearing on BBC2 week starting 16th April

We are delighted to announce that  Head Chef Paul Foster was selected to compete with the best of Britain’s chefs in BBC2’s popular TV programme the Great British Menu.

Paul will be making his first appearance on the Great British Menu and will be representing the Central region. Paul’s menus will be judged by: Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort, assisted by, the regional judge, Michelin starred Purnell’s Restaurant chef and culinary star Glynn Purnell.
This, the 7th series, is due to start on the 9th of April and Paul will be appearing for the 2nd week, starting on Monday April the 16th.

Speaking ahead of his appearance on the BBC2’s programme Paul said:

"There I am, going up against a Michelin-starred chef and last year's champion - but I loved it. There is a lot of pressure; you're only cooking three dishes, but it feels like doing a 50-cover service.”

It is going to be a tough challenge for our very talented, young Head Chef who has been wowing food critics such as Jay Rayner and was recently awarded 3 AA Rosettes for his menus at Tuddenham Mill
