After day 2, I felt no hnger whatsoever, so when I was allowed my first 600 calorie meal on day 3 - I was surprised to find myself full and satisfied.
So I am eating healthily and feeling good.
I am finding mixing the fibre gel with water and some spinach, celery and apple or carrot- and sizzing it in the blender really keeps me going during those iffy moments- late morning and late afternoon.
Harder than the odd glass of wine and doing without it- has been no caffeine- but after day 3 the headaches stopped and now hot water tastes like that first cuppa.
Will measure myself this evening and post my progress of the last 3 days..
