here we go... several weeks into this, my new fitness regime with Liam and dare I say... I am loving it.

I try to do 3x 45 minute session per week in the morning. I feel stronger and fitter and can really tell I am toning up. The test was a long weekend of hard skiing recently.

Normally i would not have pushed myself this hard but I had the energy and the strength to keep going and had no aches and pains afterwards.

I like the small group (never more than 4), lovely ladies of all ages and shapes and sizes. We all have our own goals and Liam encourages us to reach our full potential. Always a laugh and a giggle.

So here are some interesting measurements... 1 inch so far of my waist, 1and half inches of my back, and 1 and half of my hips and bottom... am I complaining....? NO WAY. Will keep you informed and send photos soon of the NEW ME.
