We have eaten in both places in Brighton and they are going to be a major asset to our lovely town.

The building is more than suited to both establishments.

Have you been to either in any of their locations?

Bill's is already established in Bath, Chichester, Exeter, London, Cambridge, Brighton and Reading, offers a fine food in a casual dining atmosphere with a focus on an eclectic hand-crafted menuâ and areas for retail sales.

Cote  won the Good Food Guide for âbest value restaurant in the UKâ in 2009, says it gets its inspiration for from âa modern interpretation of the many famous bistros that popular Paris. The plans state that Cote seeks to provide a pleasant and social environment for local peopleâ while supporting local producers and farmers.

The proposed opening hours for both are 8am to midnight Monday to Saturday and 8am to 11.30pm on Sundays.

Great news for Bury St Edmunds and get them open I say!!!!!
