A real Detox for Body and Soul and your wardrobe
I love this time of year- (NOT REALLY)
But since my detox (C9 Forever Living with Sue Hughes) before Christmas, I am in the mood for Clean Eating, Clean Clothes and Clean Living.
So here are some tips.
For clothes and what to get rid of contact Loraine Callow,Image and Style Consultant
She helps out in Handbags and Gladrags - St John Street on a MONDAY. Pop in and chat to her about your clothes and style.
Book one of her workshops which actually saves you money, so you don’t just buy a bargain in the sale-
Handbags and Gladrags has some fab designer accessories in the Sale.
Did you see those Jimmy Choo Boots!!??
A new scarf or bag or belt can really cheer things up.
Have you seen the Sale things in Javelin or Ever Changing Fashion? We are so lucky with so many great local independent shops.
Next take unwanted gifts and clothes to the charity shop. Get that warm feeling of not only doing something good for someone else, but also create space in that bulging wardrobe…
Take special treasured clothes to be cleaned at Farthings.
Take down all the Christmas reminders and dying Poinsettias, clean the house and buy a pile of daffodils.
Buy in local vegetables and get juicing.
All these things plus buying my best investment in the sale so far for 2016 – a really good pair of waterproof waking boots – have helped me get back on track.
Here is to FEELING GREAT in 2016.
