Treatt is looking for a Facilities Manager who holds qualifications in Maintenance/Facilities (NVQ Dip in Maintenance and IOSH Managing Safely or Environmental). NEBOSH qualified is desirable. The ideal candidate will have experience of all aspects of Facilities Management at a senior level. Excellent communication skills are also essential along with a self-motivated and a can-do approach.

Responsibilities include the following:

Being responsible for site maintenance of M&E equipment, using an asset database for PPMs and reactive maintenance
Managing facilities contracts on site, including site security, fire alarm systems, pest control, utilities services and other ongoing service contracts
Responsible for the control of contractors on site
Managing the infrastructure and grounds maintenance (both external and internal)
Coordinating site contractual activities including cleaning, pest control, air con & heating, utilities etc
Managing the site and facilities overhead budget
Line management of Maintenance/Engineering team in respect to activities regarding maintenance, engineering changes and modifications and contractor activities
