At The Best of Bridgend we receive lots of testimonials praising the standard of service supplied by our business owners but on very rare occasions we have received negative comments about a handful of our businesses.

Local consumers are free to post such comments however because we respect your anonymity  we do not store your email addresses at The Best of Bridgend and cannot therefore respond in person to any complaints you send us.  If you would like a response from the business in question, please feel free to send us your email address when you send us your comments.  

All negative comments are passed on to the business owners so that they can address the issues raised.  We do of course have to make our own enquiries in order to make sure that this is not just negative feedback from competitors.

As a business owner this is a useful service as it provides feedback which can help improve services or identify members of staff who are not performing as well as they might.  For this reason we believe this service should remain confidential.  

On a few occasions we have removed businesses from our membership when we no longer feel able to promote their services.
