Excel Pick List

Last week the tip took a break as my son got married on Sunday 25th July. This week we are back with a handy Excel Tip.

You are filling in a long list of entries and you find that you are repeating the same thing over and over. It would be handy to have a drop down or pick-list to select from.

So here is how to get an instant drop down list by using the Right Mouse button.

Create a Pick List in Excel 2008 Mac

Remember to let me know if you would like me to write a tip for you.

For any IT Training Needs you may have on either Windows or Mac give me a call on 020 8203 1774 or email me shelley.fishel@thetrainingsurgery.co.uk

I look forward to hearing from you! :)
