Ford Fitness is rapidly expanding bringing non contact boxing to our clients with a Twist.

Boxing / Boxercise classes have been designed to offer a truly unique functional work out.

Incorporating Cardio Vascular, Muscular Strength and Endurance into a fitness programme which will strengthen and tone muscles in the body whilst improving your aerobic and anaerobic fitness.

Lessons are completely non contact and the only thing that gets hit is the punch bags.

10 week Body Transformation course encourages Fitness, Exercise and Health Eating.
