Lovely hotel
As usual, I booked through Booking.com. I asked the reception for an invoice that I could give my business. They said that they would forward on the invoice when they had all the right info from booking.com. Of course, I haven't had it. I never get them, even when I ask. This is not an issue with Bolton Whites, it's an issue with a lot of hotels that use a booking site.

the silicone around the bath needs replacing. The bathroom should be clinical, in particular the corners and edges of all the wet areas.
