I used ADK law for the conveyancing of a high-rise leasehold flat purchase in London. William Speakman, our conveyancing solicitor, was excellent. He responded to emails promptly and kept us very well informed throughout the process with regular updates. As a first-time buyer, this made the whole process much easier and less stressful, taking the time to thoroughly explain legal issues, implications and options/solutions. We had a very complicated ground rent clause on our lease and the managing agents were also very poor with communication.
It was a difficult sale with many flats in our development seeing their sales fall through. Tom navigated this difficult sale with excellence, he was always quick to respond and took the time to explain to us the nuances of the process and its challenges.
