Friendly helpful staff, good facilities, interesting layout.
Room was a bit tired, marks on carpet (cigarette burns?), Hook missing from bathroom door (screw holes left) meaning not enough room for towels, 2 towels put in bath for washing were folded back up and left wet on bed. Not enough staff checking hydropool area, meant that people were using phones to photo in pool and one person was VAPING with no staff to check

The hotel was as presented on the website. it was clean and comfortable in our classic room and the staff were super, so helpful and friendly. only downside were the uncomfortable pillows. Other than that everything was spot on

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Bedroom clean and immaculate. Food was superb and the spa added the the topping to the cake! Would recommend to everyone who just wants to get away from it all!
