Really excellent experience and the football match was good too. Shops are very nearby and plenty of restaurants but we ate in and the food was quality.
All staff well trained and were in good spirits

Allocated room 616 arrival, on the fifth floor overlooking the car park, outside the hotel entrance.

I arrived at 3pm so there was plenty of parking spaces available and the reception were very efficient with booking in.

The room size was adequate but may be on the small side if two people occupy the room, only one easy chair in the room. The hotel room was very quiet as was the corridor outside.

As I was attending a football match I did not have an evening meal. The breakfast was the usual items both hot and cold. It was what I expected and at around 8am it was not crowded.

If there is a football match on the day you intend to stay, you need to book early as all rooms are generally sold in the week(s) leading up to the match. The bar before and after the game was fine, no long queues for drinks.

As I had an all in package for the hotel, football match and hospitality it is difficult to judge the cost of bed and breakfast, It must have been about £55 which is very good value for money.

I would stay here again even if not attending a football match.

Attended the Bolton Hospice 25th anniversary ball in the Premier Suite and decided to stay the night.
The ball was a huge success and catering for the ~600 guests to such a high standard was no mean feat. The staff were helpful and pleasant throughout and were happy to engage in a bit of banter with guests.
The surprise was the hotel itself. I am a devoted Bolton Wanderers fan and am acutely aware of the financial position the club has been in over the last couple of years. Consequently, I had expected that standards would be little above average. In fact, the room was spotless and the internal fixtures and fittings were in good order. Staff were helpful throughout and the £10 breakfast buffet was great quality and good value giving the choice of items on offer.

We stayed at the hotel the night before a MUFC game, the price is very competitive comparedto central Manchester, it is especially well located if travelling from the north. The rooms are comfortable, friendly staff and competitively priced restaurant

I booked originally to stay on the night of the Bristol Rovers match, later my wife decided to come, what a fantastic facility including the ground itself. There is a mall situated next door to the ground/hotel with a multi screen cinema, we visited this on the afternoon and then spent the rest of our stay at the hotel and at the game, there was no need to go anywhere else I even had my hair cut at Giggy's, everybody very welcoming and friendly a great all round experience, I will visit again.

Convenient location near motorway; adjoins the football stadium. Excellent pool, sauna etc. Helpful, friendly staff made us feel welcome. Good range of items in the breakfast buffet. Would definitely use again next time we're in the area.
