Bed in room 108 is so noisy and uncomfortable it has made my partners back really sore , springs are gone . Get a new mattress ? It's taken 2-3 days at home for her to get better. Would try beds if ever stayed at the hotel again as we do like location .

I have been here loads of times every Christmas! I love it here ! Literally would stay here for the rest of my life !! It is a great place for the family and the staff and all lovely very welcoming !! The pool is very relaxing with great facilities!!

Hotel rooms are fine and parking and location perfect. Heathcote's Brasserie was a major let down for price. Small portions and bland tasting food. Expected much better. Would dine outside next time for sure.

Fantastic stay. excellent service, excellent location, excellent facilities. Very pleased, lovely breakfast, loads of dining options in & around the hotel. Will be staying again although slightly pricey.

Although we stayed at a very quiet period for the hotel (between Christmas & New Year) the hotel was spotless, the staff were polite & courteous and the room was lovely.
The food in the bar area was fine, nothing fancy but very nice. It was a shame that the restaurant was closed over the holidays. Our room was cleaned promptly every morning. No complaints at all.

First visit to the Bolton Whites Hotel. Not disappointed. Excellent hotel first class accommodation. Will use again . Big thank you to the staff for an enjoyable stay.

It's a lovely hotel we did go as 3 family's and everyone of us had check in problems which wasn't good the hotel itself as fantastic facilities good swimming pool gym etc the majority of the staff were fantastic good value for money

Overall experience was great again. This must be the 6th NYE Celebration. Over the Past 12 years. I don't think we have had a bad New Years Celebration ever.
We go along with between 10 and 16 people and always have a fantastic night.

Spent two nights here over new year. Pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and the comfort of the large king size bed. Enjoyed the bar, and delicious breakfast. The only drawback to the whole experience was Bolton Wanderers beat the Iron, who we had come to support! We would visit here again, and it was really easy to find. The nearby retail park offered lots of dining opportunities too.

Stayed here a few times. Good service, quality of room, especially inner rooms overlooking football pitch. Restaurant good, but a bit pricey. Could do with a menu refresh as does not appear to have changed since our last visit several months ago. Breakfast was excellent five *s. Reception staff efficient, but not rushing you to move on.
