The rooms are basic but comfortable.
Special mention goes for Irene at the bar whos service was first class, she really did go above and beyond looking after me and my family. She was friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble, if only more hotels had more Irenes! 🙂

I’ve just bought and sold and ADK Law proved that it can be different. The service was brilliant from start to finish. Despite problems with my buyers’ solicitor we completed on the sale in record time. I was always informed about what was going one and all my communications were acknowledged. Perfect.

Great stay for work at the Mercure Bolton, the rooms are clean, some upgrades are underway which is only going to further improve the experience. The best part of my stay had to be the staff! I travel a lot for work and never in a hotel chain have I experienced such friendly staff! From check-in to bar staff and my favourite Lydia welcoming me every day for breakfast! She was like a ray of sunshine when I’m my normal pre-caffeinated grumpy self! It may not be quite as cheap as the premier inn, but the extra few pounds a night for me was definitely worth the experience.
