Really nice hotel, stayed here many times over the last few years. Really clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff. The location is good as there is middleBrook retail park behind it so is good to go round the shops or out for a meal and drinks.

It's a nice comfy hotel, but wouldn't pay full price.

Pros.. Foods good, rooms are nice
Cons..To expensive unless you manage to get et a cheap deal when not in the foot ball season!

Stuck in the middle of nowhere!

Multimedia in the rooms could be better (like in the new Premium Inn rooms)

I stopped for a business lunch here today.
Modern bar style restaurant.Simple but interesting menu.Fairly unfriendly staff.I wanted a quick meal between meetings. It took 30 mins to produce the house burger!it was good when it came. However with a diet coke £15 20 was very expensive. The seating was uncomfotable .It would not be my fist choice for a quick snack .

Friendly & helpful staff at check in. Walking from the station it might have been helpful for a sign pointing the way to the hotel once you were at the stadium. I really liked my room with full length doors looking over the pitch. I found the bed firm but comfortable. The room was scrupulously clean, the shower was powerful & the temperature easy to control. I used the gym which was small but perfectly adequate. The room service meal arrived quickly & breakfast was good with hot & cold choices. All in all I would recommend staying here.

Stayed here for the night with my partner.. The Hotel was of high standard with welcoming and helpful staff in all areas.. We enjoyed the bar area with comfortable seating and wall mounted TV's. Our room was of a standard type but very comfortable with ample space, bed, and seating, the bathroom was of nice style and TV, tea, coffee making facilities were all of high standard...perfectly clean throughout. Morning breakfast in the dining room was lovely with plenty of food and drink to choose from.. A very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend... 5*

Arriving here is a little like going back in time to the 1980's. The decor is terribly dated, in need of some serious TLC and a good clean. Check in was very slow, although very pleasant service. Room (Penthouse Suite) was freezing cold on arrival, and whilst pretty large was again furnished from the remnants of car boot sale. Bar service was slow, young staff far too busy amusing themselves to care. I got the impression that few people would come here twice, mainly passing through for events and football, so nobody really interested in making any kind of impression. You'd be better off staying at the Premier Inn across the road.

I stayed at this hotel whilst on a business trip. The staff were warm and friendly, especially the concierge he was lovely and really bubbly, I'd had a rubbish day and he instantly brightened it up! I ordered room service breakfast which unfortunately arrived 10mins late, before I had chance to say a word they told me that they had waived the price of the breakfast and room service charge. I ate dinner in the bar restaurant and the food was not only delicious and well presented but it was also incredibly reasonably priced. I would recommend staying here. I would definitely stay again! :)

Stayed a couple of times recently, I do like it here.

Rooms are relatively spacious, light and airy. There are several grades of room and the better the grade the larger the room and some have views of Bolton Wanderers football pitch.

Actually ventured in to the leisure club for the very first time and although quite compact the facilities are excellent. The wet area comprised a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a Jacuzzi.

With a hotel of this quality there are several dining experiences, a formal restaurant, room service and service in the first floor lounge bar, I opted for the latter and ordered a duck and hoisin sauce pizza. extremely tasty, the 'worst part' was it was huge and could easily have fed a family of four! Presentation is excellent too,

Fantastic stay at a really good hotel. Staff were very good but the room had everything, including a great bed. There was nothing I would have changed, as it was that good. BBreakfast was also of a high standard with great options, including glutenfree, it made a change to find a hotel who offered glutenfree options on room service as well. 5 star stay.
