Stay here everytime we come to Bolton it's just in the right place for watching Bolton play , shopping , cinema, food , walking up beautiful Rivington . Well when it's not pouring down with rain missed my lunchtime brew at the top barn this last Sunday due to the bad weather . So we stayed long at the hotel the staff are so lovely and helpful they really make us feel we are back home :) Thank you Bolton Whites for another great stay see you soon :)

We stayed overnight at the hotel as we were attending a function within the hotel.
Our room was large, clean and very comfortable.
The breakfast the following morning was freshly cooked and very tasty.
My only small gripe was the jacuzzi in the pool area was cold although when my husband mentioned it they said they would attend to it.

We stayed in the delux room room number 712 , a very comfortable room with its own lounge area , seperate bedroom and huge bathroom . Very clean , very comfortable .
The room was very competitively priced , comparable with Lenny Henry's place around the corner but in my opinion 10 times better .
All the staff we came into contact with where very polite and welcoming.

My boyfriend booked this hotel for us as a treat. The rooms are very spacious and clean the hotel is stunning and well located. We walked around the stadium and there are loads of shops and places to eat. There was a fire drill at 4 in the morning due to some other drunk residents that spoilt it being stood outside in our pj's freezing for an hour.

I live only 3 miles from this Hotel,so normally I wouldn't stay here overnight. I had won a nights stay in a pitch view room at a Charity event. I e mailed the hotel for the booking and the availability, the reply was very prompt and booked without any fuss. On arrival we were greeted at the desk by Andrew who was very welcoming, and explained the facilities that were available, gym, pool etc.
Our room was pitch side, and could be used as a box on match days. The room was a decent size with adequate storage space, and was clean. A decent size bathroom, with bath and shower, again nice and clean.
The hotel has a bar and restaurant on the first floor, which I have used many times on match days myself. The restaurant is now run by Heathcoates, and judging by the food I have eaten in my friends box at the ground,it will be very good. The location of the hotel is next to a retail park with many chain restaurants there catering for all tastes from American to Chinese. I had my grandson with me and we had been to the cinema so could not eat at the hotel.
We went to the bar, and had a drink,I mentioned to the batman that my grandson had a sore throat and without prompting he made him a Honey and Lemon toddy which I thought was a nice touch.
After a good nights sleep we had breakfast, it was buffet style and was very enjoyable. I noticed that the food was changed often to stop it drying out under the warming lights. Again the staff were very friendly and smart in appearance.
I have been to all the hotels in the Bolton area and for the facilities this is the best, ample parking, which you can struggle with in the town center.
This is the place to stay if you are coming to Bolton.

Had a 1 night stop here as was in Manchester day 1 and lakes day 2 so good location.
Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were really friendly and went out their way to make us feel comfortable.
The room was really clean and well laid out and the bed was huge and very comfortable.
There was no noise from the other guests throughout the night and we had a good sleep.
Well equipped, shower was really good which always helps.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn't hesitate on stopping again

Fantastic hotel with a high level of customer service and courtesy. The added benefit of staying within the complex of the football stadium is always a wonderful experience. The breakfast is outstanding and highly recommended.

A little confusing getting to the hotel as the postcode kept sending us the wrong way.The room was clean, comfortable and had a splendid view of the football pitch.
The restaurant served excellent food, although the service was slow and it was cold inside the restaurant.
Breakfast was without fault ,all in all it was a great place to finish our weekend in Manchester off with.

Stayed here for a work conference and found it a nice comfortable hotel.

The room was a standard size and I did get a little confused where breakfast was (in the bistro is the answer!) but other than that it is handy place to stay if you are touring the north west.

A nice hotel, but the rooms overlooking the pitch have no windows so the room was stifling at night. If you turned down the air con it became too cold! Breakfast was OK. Didn't have any other meals in the hotel.
