The bed was a bit too soft and saggy and the room quite small but we couldn't fault the breakfast or the ladies serving in the restaurant who were excellent.Location is very good for all the shopping facilities on the retail park and also easy to get into Manchester or Preston.
There were maintenance men working in the Spa and the steam room was out of order but when functioning properly it would be quite good.The hairdryer in the room didn't work only a minor thing as the reception have spares.For a relaxing stay after a long day shopping then this is an excellent hotel choice.

great hotel would stay again have no faults with it everything was wonderful and would recommend to friends and family the whole hotel was clean and staff friendly rooms and facilities were top notch.

Stayed overnight for a Christmas party-great value & excellent quality breakfast. Unlike many hotels there is plenty of parking, right by the front door so easy to take in bags. Love the glass fronted lifts.

Overall an excellent location and great hotel. Breakfast is very good. The beds need an upgrade to match the rest of the room and expectations as cheaper hotels have better sleep comfort . Leisure facilities are clean and staff very helpful.

Great works do and good entertainment with take that 2 would recommend to anybody staff were very courteous and can't do enough for you that includes the night staff too.The food for our party in the piazza suite was very good and drinks were reasonably priced too!

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a football touring group of teenage boys and their accompanying adults.
The hotel was very clean and neat. Rooms were a bit on the small side but had enough storage space and sitting room.
Our group had breakfasts and dinners in the dining area; food was plentiful and of very good quality and variety. The adjoining bar area was pleasant but noise did travel to the nearby rooms on that level.
The hotel is part of Macron Stadium and is a very short stroll to a large shopping complex.
It was ideal for our group as a base to visit the surrounding areas and was not too far from Manchester or Liverpool.
I would certainly recommend it for similar groups or football fans.

Excellent room but let down by the tatty and uncofortable settees which need replacing. Had a good nights sleep thanks to the very confortable bed and good soundproofing. First days buffet breakfast was poor with the sausage and bacon swimming in fat and grease and the rest was luke warm, however our second days breakfast was freshly cooked and it was excellent.

Well run hotel that provides consistently good service.
Avoid arriving when a Bolton Wanderers game is on and book early as the hotel is often fully booked weeks in advance.
I have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times this year and have not been disappointed.

Lost count how many times we have been here over last 6 years but always a lovely experience. Great entertainment nearby and shops, I rooms are well apportioned and kept to high standard. Staff are friendly and very welcoming.

Very pleasant one night stay at The Whites good facilities and pleasant staff. Comfortable room with everything you could possibly need. Good location for shopping cinema and railway station and of course the stadium
