Superb
The hotel was lovely, clean and welcoming our rooms had a complimentary chocolate bar, biscuits and most importantly water on arrival. The bed was super comfy and the shower was amazing, finally a shower with controls the opposite end to the shower head so you can turn it on and set the temperature without having to endure the freezing spray first. The Dove toiletries were also a wonderful addition to the bathroom and i loved that they were in big refillable bottles so you didn't have to use them sparingly. The breakfast was also lovely and had a great choice. Thanks to Chelsea on reception who made our check in effortless. 100% recommended and if we come back to Bolton this is where we will stay.
The only tiny negative was it would have been lovely to have also had the complimentary water and biscuits on the 2nd night of our stay, however we would definitely stay here again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable room, close to town centre - exactly as we needed.
Bed very comfortable, room quiet and very clean. Breakfast choice good and replenished regularly.

everything about the hotel was incredible. it’s was our first time at Bolton. We were there to visit our family. the staff were very very helpful and friendly. The best customer services I ever experimented.

Perfection, beautiful & clean & the staff are so lovely. Definitely stay here again
Location was perfect as we were at the Albert Halls for a show. Breakfast was excellent, so much so that I told the maitre-d. He actually said it was nice to hear a compliment as it’s usually complaints he deals with.
My only observation was that there was a lip on the door threshold that was a bit sharp as it was above the floor level

The whole experience was fantastic from start to end and we had no issues unlike our buyers who really struggled with their solicitors. We were overall delayed due to the buyers solicitor but I know that my solicitor did everything that she could to progress the transaction. We did however finally get there in the end last week! There were no hidden fees when we received our bill either. They were overall very competitive and very professional whilst being really down to earth. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Radison hotels need to up their game!
We like the location as we come for the football. The surrounding areas are great
One member of staff was very rude upon arrival. She didnt make us feel welcome at all. Before it was a radisson hotel the staff were brilliant and accommodation.much better. Breakfast was chaotic on the first morning as not enough staff to clear tables . Some food ran out no.mugs or glasses. Poor choice of fruit and yogurts
