The hotel is situated in a built up area, surrounded by housing but in a central location and easy to find.
Somewhat limited parking, with a small wall that runs through the middle of the car park causing confusion as to where is okay to park.
The Hotel has two seperate bars, a lounge area, three separate dining areas with two differnt menus, and a mock village around it that provides different services such as hairdressers etc.
My hotel bedroom was dated and in need of a revamp, but clean and tidy with all the basic necessities.
The food at the bar was average, mainly microwaved meals and the menu was a bit dull with the same old pub options.
The staff however, were amazing, very friendly, polite, and provided a great service.
The Spa is a great addition, and the main reason I chose to stay here. It just needs a few little tweeks to make it great, such as putting a switch/timer on the Jacuzzi, update the changing rooms as some lockers are broke, the clothing hooks on the seating bench are broke, along with some of the shower heads. The "infinity pool" overlooks the carpark, which in turn is overlooked by the local housing estate, not very scenic - A screen or hedge could be erected to improve the aesthetic. Also, I think an ice room would make a great addition to the Spa.

Wonderful service from start to finish. Bought our new 7 seat Hyundai Santa Fe from this family owned company. Ryan dealt with our queries and sale. He was very thorough with every detail and answered all my questions too. Graham was the best driving instructor I could have asked for! I’ve been driving for years in Brazil, and the change to driving on the other side of the car and road was a little bit uncomfortable at first. However, Graham relaxed style of tutoring made me feel at easy and each lesson I got a little bit of my confidence back. Without Graham’s help and knowledge I wouldn’t have passed on my first try.

We had our xmas do here at this hotel and I stayed the night. Rooms was very clean and a lovely big room and bathroom. Never did bfst but looked amazing on the photos. Would stay here again if we had another event or Xmas do. Great place to have a event.

Excellent food, not always possible with such a large party there were 95 of us! Hot, tasty and well presented. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive, they were polite and efficient. Super music from the DJ - very suited to his audience. All round a fabulous night, thank you!

This is a small theater but very good particularly for families and due to its size and shape you feel involved in the play.
The whole place feels fresh and clean . We went to see Jungle book and the kids loved it , okay did too.
Also the NEC carpark is right next door and has wide spaces to park in .
