The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
The pillows were very uncomfortable and the noise from the radiator was awful. I did not get to sleep until the traffic started in the morning to slightly cover the radiator noise. The rooms are quite confusingly accessed when you come out of the lift.

Slept well as the rooms and beds were comfy, friendly receptionists, breakfast could have been better.
nice clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly receptionists, plenty of parking.
only that the breakfast wasn’t worth £12, everything else was good.

Comfy beds and fabulous staff made a special night for us.
it’s getting run down but it’s a special place for us so we like to come back.
sad to see it deteriorating, it’s in need of refurbishment.
