ok if you get it cheap don't bother with breakfast.
the hotel was at a great location and the staff was really nice and helpful
the bed linen was really bad, it was worn out and really soft. the breakfast was also bad for the price £11.99, I know it was still with Covid restriction but the price could have been lowered accordingly. the buffet food was greasy and overcooked, no cereals, was expecting a lot for £11.99

Reasonable.
Location great and bar/restaurant area good. Room pleasant.
Considerable amount of mould on bathroom tiles. Moved room but only slightly better. Ventilation not working in bathroom. Bedroom needs air conditioning. Decor starting to look a bit tired.

A lovely friendly hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff and a really comfortable bed. The pillows were also comfortable which is not the case in all hotels. The Caesar salad was very good and there are great views over the University of Bolton stadium.
I liked everything.

Good but not special...looking a bit dated now.
Welcome and staff good. Evening meal tasty and served quickly .
Room could gave been cleaner ...had to search for second towel set found in a draw ... Minimum hospitality tray ...bathrooms a bit dated and needing a freshen up ..

It was fancy yet reasonably priced, I felt like I was way richer than I am lol. Lovely staff
I could hear someone saying aggressive things at night on the first stay which scared me a bit

Very friendly arrival - lovely staff
Seemed to continuously have knocking in the morning that woke us up and then again twice - unsure if this was the cleaners though it was early.
