Brilliant! we had a really good day.
We stayed for the Pink concert and we’re really impressed with all the things put on by the hotel. The staff were all friendly, we were allowed to check In early so we could enjoy the atmosphere without carrying g our bags around. drinks and food were all reasonably priced. The room was clean and bed was really comfortable. Would definitely recommend especially if you’re attending an event, being able to leave the concert and just walk over to the hotel was great.

Perfect when attending a concert at the stadium
Worth to pay the extra to stay at the venue for the concert. The hotel was themed accordingly and put on many other activities etc to support the performer.
For the significantly increased price, breakfast could have been included.

Mostly pleasant stay, ideal location whilst attending a show.
Well organised, ideal location for P!nk show. 90% staff very helpful and pleasant. Free parking. VIP party entrance and glass of Prosecco included. £249, not inc. breakfast. Managed to sort out early check-in, normally 3pm but we had to start queuing at 3.15 for early entry into the stadium. Hotel bar and facilities only open to guests so minimal queuing and reasonably priced drinks and food.
Partner had telephoned in advance and had been promised help with coping with her fibromyalgia including a chair to sit whilst queuing for show, but did not materialise. We got the attention of one of the stewards, who went away to try and sort out but didn’t come back, another steward then attended to us, he returned and but none were available, at least he tried. Further on in the queue when inside they sourced a chair, thanks to those staff. Other ‘Gold Circle’ holders didn’t seem to respect the “Early Entry VIP wristbands’ so was difficult to get back to place after going to facilities, previously at other venues (Manchester Arena & Anfield) they had been told respect the fact that we ‘Early Entry VIP guests’ had paid a lot more for the privilege and to let us back through. We don't have a lot of income so this event is paid for over the year and sacrificing holiday breaks. Queues were too large at only kiosk in sight, very slow service, hadn’t moved in 10 minutes and about 10 rows of people in front of me. So didn’t manage to get a programme or tour shirt. They could have put one in the VIP facilities area, or in the hotel which would have been ideal.

Superb
Being advised about the outside carpark.Young male waiter was so friendly.
Not being advised about rooms when we arrived early. Told to take a seat and will be a few minutes. But no update. Also the breakfast, having to have cooked food in dribs and drabs as so many ppl were having breakfast ar the same time . A friendly gent brought food to table what he knew partner was waiting for.

Staff were cheerful & polite Room & bathroom very clean Our room quiet enough, actually think my nights sleep here was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel!

Lovely trip
Very clean comfy rooms with friendly staff
We came to Bolton specifically for a concert at the Bolton arena so due to this attraction supply and demand with the hotel price and price of taxi’s we’re a lot higher than a normal day
