Great staff, clean room, comfortable bed and nice spa
The spa was much better than I expected: a good sized pool, great variety of rooms with different temperatures and humidities and a lovely thermal outdoor pool. The food was excellent and they catered for a gluten free diet with no problems. The staff at reception, in the restaurant and the bar were all excellent.

Would recommend to anyone in the local area who needs a tow bar fitting. They've done a fantastic job, and the after-sales service (due to some issues at Skoda, not with Bolt-On) has been Incredible. They've gone the extra mile!

Overpriced for what you get.
The location was great for what we were visiting for. The bar area was nice and cosy. Car parking is large and free. Lift access was good.
The food was overpriced and really not nice. The rooms were basic, thin walls so you could hear the noise from neighbours. We didn't sleep well at all. The bar was extremely noisy at night. Tvs were on far too loud. There is no outside space to sit outside and have a drink, so the hot weather was wasted.
