Pleasant
The bed was comfy staff friendly and the extra bonus after we attended pink concert the hotel put on a late bar and pizza service.
Rooms were basic for the money would have liked to have bottled water in the room and maybe a little biscuit for the cup of tea

Literally somewhere to stay for a night, not exactly the treat I was hoping for.
the bar area, reception and outside are are very nice.
the rooms are clean but very dated and to be honest are quite depressing.

Fantastic
Beautiful location, staff were amazing and super helpful. The room was fantastic and had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a family emergency so didn’t get to sample the breakfast or the spa, but we will definitely be booking another stay soon.

We were attending the Pink concert. On arrival there was no parking on site as barriers were in place instructing guests to register prior to parking. There were large queues for checkin, almost 1 hour. This caused huge congestion for both cars and people. Staff were very apologetic and came around the queues with complimentary prosecco which was a lovely gesture. Room was small and basic but comfortable albeit slightly chilled when we returned late evening. I was unable to get any heating on however it came on at some stage in the night.
Hotel was located about a 10 minute walk from the train station where we were able to catch a shuttle bus to the stadium which was £10 return. I imagine this was a lot cheaper than a taxi as the stadium was about a 15 minute drive from the hotel. Overall a little pricey at £190 for 1 night, which didn't include breakfast.

was there 7th June for the opening night of the pink tour…..the hotel was amazing what they put on for the fans staying there….

Nice place to stay if your willing to pay over the top for it
Bed was very comfy, towels and toiletries included.
Paid nearly double the usual price for the room because pink was performing there. Never stated when booking the £250 room price did not include breakfast. There was no signs on how to exit the car park either

Excellent stay
It was the pink party at the hotel it made the concert even more special the staff were very good and welcoming .
The pillows were to big and would of been a bonus to have some bottled water in the room but otherwise it was good would recommend
