Very relaxing and scenic setting with an excellent spa facility.
Very nice countryside style settings. Everything is very clean despite it being a classical style building. The thermal suite, pool and all the spa are is very high spec and kept very clean.

Not worth the money.
Loved the spa facilities. Bed linen was crisp and clean.
Room was small and tired, shower leaking (staff left a towel to catch the dripping in the shower itself), room smelt damp and was very hot whilst it was a cold wet day. It was very noisy outside and a low humming noise continued throughout the night. The spa facilities should be cleaned more often.

The spa
The food in the pub which could do with a make over and never been in a hotel that never cleaned the room or checked to see if we needed anything during our stay torn curtains spot lights outside light up the room at night and the location is in the middle of a housing estate no country side views you expect from the pictures

5 stars all round. Good quality back door and fitting. This was echoed by the craftsmanship and detail with all work completed. Overall I’m very happy with this company and would highly recommend. Previous door removed and taken away and all areas cleaned afterwards. They even took some old items of mine to the tip for me. Thank you. If you want good quality work, nice customer service then this is the company you want. Like all customers we are hesitant about getting any work completed by companies we don’t know however, I’m very satisfied. Good job guys.
