Relaxing and comfi
The beds so comfi it brings me back every time I never look anywhere else. trouser press iron board and iron fantastic happy days the little things
Guest smoking weed in the room stunk the whole corridor out not very nice reported to reception and canteen staff complaining about their job while we eat breakfast it the best atmosphere

Overnight stay for work
Nice hotel integrated in stadium. Looks plush and well put together in communal areas. Good location with free parking (remember to register your car at reception!).
I had an outward (car park) facing room. It was clean and decent enough, but a bit tired and noticeably less flash than the rest of the hotel. Bathroom was in need of some TLC

Handy for watching Carlisle United beat Bolton and their massive travelling support drown out the home fans! Bolton fans we met were very friendly and generous with their praise - good crack! One brought me a pint and another took a selfie of us! Top fans, just like ours! Good breakfast, friendly and efficient staff
Confusing that the lifts didn't go to all floors and 4th Floor needed steps as welk and lift levels didn't correspond with room floor numbers. Bar area a bit soulless and dark, but got better after a few beers!

We stayed here for a football match, the location and amenities were really good
We were never prompted about the parking situation, you need to check your car in within the 1st hour or you get charged. It was only by chance we did this when we went back downstairs

The football score, Hotel and staff were great, loved the live singer. Beer is a bit pricey but its a hotel.Parking is free
