Hotel nice but if you like beer avoid at all costs. I was drinking Boddingtons and it was cloudy and tastes awful. My mate was on the lager that tasted like sweet ice cream. Ended up on the canned Guinness as they couldn't spoil that!! Won't go again!!!

After my husband suffered a medical episode he was very well looked after by the highly trained staff until the ambulance arrived just want to say a massive thank you to Nadine (duty manager & Jasmine (receptionist) for giving first aid and keeping the situation calm also for taking care of myself aswell
The hotel is very nice and the rooms are nice and comfy

Good parking. Easy off the motorway and access to surrounding area. Food menu is limited but pricey for what it is. Has a good swimming pool and gym. However, the pool is used commercially for lessons too and can be busy.

Came as part of a bus trip to Coronation Street. Food really nice, staff efficient, friendly and helpful. Room comfy and clean, a bit too warm so I turned down the radiator valve. No complaints.

Room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom spotless. Bar prices are a bit high, but that's norm at hotels, I guess. All staff I've met is absolutely brilliant, very kind, polite and helpful.

Nice hotel stay. Rooms are quaint and dated but still modern this was expectation for a Georgian property. Very nice staff and great breakfast options.

Very good staff and very clean. Good quite location away from the main town. Food for a chain good and again for a chain reasonably priced. The negatives are the rooms especially the bathroom are dated.

Xmas day lunch with family. A lovely afternoon. A very mixed age range, and a visit from Santa.
Food ok however the main course was only lukewarm .needed to be hotter. The atmosphere was a little lacking. Some festive music playing would have solved this hence only 3 stars .
