Lovely room. Bed was comfortable and the room faced the rear parking lot so was very quiet. The food was good but the menu options were limited. The service was very slow. The hotel is child and dog friendly.

We managed to check in earlier then the time stated which was a bonus.
Rooms are very dated especially for the price you are paying.
We had old blood stains on our shower curtain, which I did mention when we checked out.

Just held my daughter (and new son-in-laws) wedding Reception here this weekend and it was the most beautiful celebration ever. Rochelle and her team were amazing - they were attentive to every detail. The food was great throughout the day (and as a lot of us stayed over - breakfast too). Rooms were comfy, clean.
We all would highly recommend this venue for any occasion Thank you and well done to all x

Such an amazing day for my mother in-law afternoon tea and spa for her 70th birthday David Longcake went above and beyond to make her day all the staff were amazing as i lost my keys and they found them for me so thank you all so much x looking forward to ladies day. I cant rate the rooms as we didnt stay over.

Was impressed by staying at this hotel
Was a nice peaceful stay. The room was a good size, food menu was slightly disappointing but the food tasted good. The breakfast was very good and all freshly prepared.
I used the gym & that was small ish but we'll spec'd out

Stayed for a wedding, room was very warm and dated with no charging points near the bed. No wheelchair access to breakfast food area, I was directed out of a fire door but still had to navigate 3 different steps to re enter another fire door to be able to choose my own breakfast on the lower level. Staff were generally friendly but feel there needs to be more information about the access challenges on the website and the stay felt very expensive for what I got.

My daughter Rebecca had booked a room for us to stay overnight whilst attending the Pink concert. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere and the breakfast selection was undoubtedly the best I've ever seen anywhere. Highly recommended. Good job guys.

Hotel is a little old but priced accordingly. Staff were amazing, helped us with our provisions which needed chilling, gym and pool staff were also fantastic. Took a great keep fit class too

Amazing staff, very friendly. Bruna is always very helpful and welcomes me with a smile and always has a treat for my dog Lulu. Everyone is very friendly and is very loving towards Lulu. The place is very clean and the swimming, jacuzzi and sauna are a delight. I would highly recommend a stay here
