Stay once a month visiting family. Overall good value, comfy beds, good location. This visit we waited nearly 10 mins for someone to check us in and then no apology for the wait. The shower was the worst we have had ,all the bathrooms need some improvement, water running hot and cold and flaking paintwork. The rooms are a decent size and are always clean and warm.
Lots of positives, good location, free ample parking, nice bar area, reasonably priced, easy access to motorway network. Would have been an 8 score but for the poor check in experience and poor shower.

We were checked in by a lovely member of staff called Zowie who was very accommodating and sweet, she also helped us out massively with check in details and was all round helpful and kind!

Stayed here for a few nights, room was lovely and clean and very spacious. Food was lovely. I must say the staff were absolutely amazing, I have stayed in many hotels all over but the staff in this hotel were outstanding.

Ideally situated for Bolton stadium, although it is on a main road and the traffic can be busy. Large hotel, room decor slightly outdated, rooms clean and spacious. Nice little bar and good food.

This place was pretty good, large rooms and a nice area to walk if you wish. I was only here for two nights with work and could not complain about anything. I'll be here again no doubt

Just had a meeting there so didn’t use a bedroom. Nice friendly staff, it’s clean, ample parking and quiet. I’d recommend a stay there.
