Over all a decent spa, it’s starting to look a bit tired and grubby in places, could do with a bit of a freshen up with the changing rooms etc. staff are nice and treatments are good.

Just returned from a 1 night stay with my girlfriend. What a lovely place & relaxing time I had, spa & pool area is realy a great place to unwind I went twice during my stay. The hydrotherapy pool outside is so relaxing & I enjoyed a nice swim & steam too. The restraunt & food was realy nice & run with no fuss & very helpful & attentive staff always asking how we were & saying hello when they passed by. The only thing was drinks prices at the bar, I expect them to be higher priced with it being a hotel but £3.50 for a pint on lemonade & £23 for a bottle of basic pinot grigio wich you can get from asda for £4.99 is a bit steep. Other than that we enjoyed our stay & will be returning again.

Very nice place beds were decently comfy but still fell asleep instantly. Food was good quality and filling. With everyone being drunk the atmosphere was brilliant and everyone was uo on the dance floor. Staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. Overall brilliant.

We went there for a wedding. Very nice venue but bar prices are far too high unless all your wedding guests are wealthy (a £12 bottle of prosecco cost £30).
There are absolutely no electric car recharging points in this huge place and none locally either, which is baffling. There are government grants available so all they need to do is apply.
There's are a few nice shops that are worth taking a look at.
Overall a lovely day as long as you remember to juice up your EV and bring your credit card with you.

The room was lovely, spotless and really cosy! The staff are really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent!

Really enjoyed our experience, the infinity pool could do with a screen as it's slightly uncomfortable been watched by people going to their cars in the hotel car park(as you are just slightly elevated from the car park itself) apart from that the experience was very good with welcoming helpful staff.

Had Christmas Dinner there. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. For the employees there to have such a cheery look while working on Christmas Day is just fantastic to see. Me and my family had a wonderful meal and a great experience. Thank you all employees who worked the Christmas day shift. If your in the area looking for somewhere to eat, I would definitely recommend that you try here :)

I made a short visit here. The landscape and surroundings are beautiful. The buildings look pristine. The area was amazingly tidy and clean. The hotel was spotless and modern. The spa has a pool which overlooks the car park and is open to the elements yet integrated within the building. The pool is elevated ensuring privacy. The staff look very presentable and are very helpful.

We had the wowcher deal which included a spa treatment and full use of the spa facilities, a two course meal with a glass of prosecco, a stay in the hotel and breakfast in the morning. The spa was fantastic! My favorite was the heated pool which had seats in it at the sides and the steam room was a treat also. The treatment we had was a massage which was amazing and very relaxing. After another dip in the pool we headed back to our room which was a good size and very clean, shower was fantastic very powerful, always good! Food was amazing and service was great, very friendly staff and happy to help with anything you need. Breakfast was also great, with tea and coffee brought to your table, a hot buffet and continental breakfast to choose from. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely go back again!
