Attended the comedy night for the first time last weekend.
The venue itself is very charming.
The fine people working there created a warm and inviting atmosphere.
All the acts were outstanding.

Food and service excellent. Especially The Drop Inn. Great atmosphere in Hotel main bar. Rooms lovely
We had car with us so location wasn't a problem.

Friendly staff, very accommodating for autistic child
Slow to respond to reception phone, pub closed for couple of days for staff training without being informed, rooms a but dirty and mould on bathroom ceiling.

The initial response from Sofia was excellent and the professional service from Jinni had been truly outstanding. The sale itself wasn’t straight forward but Jinni kept me up to date and every stage. She has always been clear and transparent and nothing has been too much trouble for her! If I had a question either by phone or email, she was brilliant in replying so promptly- - keeping me sane along the way!
