Visited the spa just to use the facilities and they are superb. The attending staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel is very nice as well in beautiful grounds ( the view being slightly obscured by the building site right next door now.) My only slight concern was that like a gym I've been to before, the spa showers were a little grotty, and the paint work probably hasn't been done with anti fungal paint or bathroom paint, so it's got a dirty look to it. There isn't a lot of it though and it didn't spoil the experience really. The highlight was the very affordable cost! We will be coming again.

Stayed one night to belatedly celebrate our wedding anniversary post lockdown and absolutely loved it! The social distancing rules were simple, it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, the bed was massive and the food lovely! 10/10!

I stayed for 5 days in December and used the thermal suite and swimming pool numerous times , fantastic hotel for a short break with friends and family .
Breakfast choices were great and restaurant food good too , lots of choices.

Spent the day at the last drop village yesterday for my friends wedding and what a fab day it was, all the staff were so friendly, welcoming, professional and efficient, Dylan bless him for a young lad he absolutely smashed the bar job, even when it was busy and he was alone on the bar it didn't seem to faze him, go on lad! Thanks to all the staff there for making my friends wedding special and all the hard work that was put into it, a truly memorable experience for us all!

The hotel room was very good. It's top notch, the sleeping, and the shower area are also fantastic. The food and drink in the main restaurant is just top notch it's absolutely brilliant. Rib eye steak medium rare, chips mushrooms perfect. The Wife had roast beef and a great big Yorkshire pudding perfect. Did I like it yes. The staff in the restaurant were Brilliant very polite, nothing to much trouble. The atmosphere was very good.

Most recently I attended a wedding evening event and the food was really nice. I have been a few times here and since the opening of new houses being built right onto the doorstep of last drop I don't think I'll be going staying over anytime soon.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Situated in a beautiful spot. Lovely old building with lots of separate annexes. Garden beautiful and so well kept. Little row of shops which sold eclectic items. This is also a beautiful wedding venue with shops as well selling bridal goods.
Food was very good. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

On approach to the main building you know immediately you're arriving to accommodation that's got a touch of class and elegance to it. Receptionists we're friendly and quick to get me checked in.
Finding my way to my room was easy and on the way there I passed through some immaculate gardens with lovely seating areas.
Once inside my room my first thought was just how spacious it was. With a large bed and comfortable mattress and pillows, my only real grumble was the bed frame was beyond creaky, there's no air con (fine in October, could be an issue in summer), and the OCD in me was being driven insane by the wonkily installed wall mounted TV. Besides that, I had a supremely comfortable sleep and my morning routine got off to a great start thanks to heated flooring in the bathroom as well as a heated towel rack.
Breakfast was not a great experience, but not terrible. I was seated within a couple of minutes at most but it was clear the staff and kitchen were run off their feet a little as I was still waiting on even just a tea or coffee after around 10min. It was maybe another 10-15min before any food arrived and the poached egg that I ordered was harder than The Rock's biceps with the yolk crumbling away into dust. Completely inedible, and I saw other tables having issues with their eggs too. I'm just glad Gordon Ramsay didn't witness the horror. The rest of the food was tasty enough though, to be fair.
