Nice, clean, good condition equipment. Some wear is sometimes visible but they replace worn stuff frequently. Nice app too, they show when the gym is most busy. I go in the morning very early as I hate waiting for equipment and people waiting for me and it feels like I am frequently one of 5/6 in the massive gym.

I’m stood outside their gym in Plymouth. Signed up yesterday, and the 8 digit sign-in code they sent me doesn’t work. So I’m stood outside trying to get in and nobody pitches up for an hour.

Lovely hotel will stay again
The hotel was lovely , and the spa was lovely and the room was a nice little cottage
All the staff were lovely that we dealt with , all I'd have to say is I heard the way some of the restaurant managers or I'm not sure they are but some dressed in a suit and a woman dressed in managers uniform , but the way they spoke to the staff sometimes were awful and you could see the staff working away and they were very polite but I didn't see the need to be spoken to the way they was

Me and my partner went for afternoon tea at Mercure Bolton Georgian House Hotel. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy.. the food and drinks that were served to our table were cute and amazing. The leader that served does called Eileen gave us the best experience we could have asked for and she was so polite.. we have told our friends and family about this place and the service that we was given and we will definitely be visiting this amazing hotel to be greeted once again by the friendless staff. Thank you so much from Kyle and Carly.

Just checked out from a 5 night stay. Hotel is lovely and I really liked the spa. My daughter went swimming most nights, when home from filming and enjoyed herself too. Think the staff may have wondered what I had done with her during the day while I went in the spa :-) Thank you for the upgraded room! Suited us really well and we loved the space!

Won’t be returning and won’t recommend
The character of the hotel was lovely, the food was great too.
We ended up with a suite room and the sofa was so uncomfortable to sit on and that was the only way to watch the tv. The spa was very disappointing, overlooking the car park
