Lovely stay in one of the cottage rooms in Feb 2024. We had a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast deal with spa access. You have to book your spa use ahead of time during peak hours. Facilities are great, with a huge thermal pool. Food was great, as was service.

I loved this property our room was a great size, we were out in the cottages and it was so peaceful and picturesque.The bathroom was large and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely theatre with great shows. Nice auditorium in a great venue. I saw a show here recently, & hope to return soon. Friendly staff, good food & drink. Nothing more needed.

Surprisingly nice place
The spa was surprisingly very good! The staff was so kind, the food in the restaurant was very nice as well!
You can hear the people walking in the room upstairs like they would have walk in your room. This is not very good when you are on holiday and you would like to sleep a bit more.

Had a tow bar fitted on my new-to-me mitsubishi on Monday. Booking process was smooth and very informative. Roy messaged for photos of car as he suspected the bar was incorrect. He then sourced the correct one, arrived at the time he stated even though we are almost 50 miles away. Fitted with no issues, and then advised on electrics and where fuses are. And what a lovely polite man too. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you Roy and Bolt-on towing, 1st class service
