we wemt to bolton octagon to see journeys end..first we ate in the cafe..it was great the way the main meals matched the play ie:world war one fare but I opted for goats cheese pizza so nice ......after we ate we went from a contemporary cafe to the theatre which put you right in the middle of ww1!!!the stage was all around amd all through tje play there was oke and the sounds of bombs dropping in the distance ....the ambiance was fantastic and the play thought prevoking sad..happy..all sorts of emotions ..It was a great night out and I strongly recommend this play and theatre ..staff were great too very friendly and helpful. ..

We wentvto see 'Animal Farm.' Really enjoyed it. Relatively affordable prices. Good bar facilities. There's also a restaurant which I haven't used yet.

I stayed here for a course at work for four weeks, and the time spent here was comfortable, practical and some of the staff were brilliant.
The facilities were great, gym was better than I expected from a hotel and swimming pool area was also a nice place to wind down.
Breakfast was also included, many thanks to Lydia for always being friendly in the mornings.
A special thanks to Daisy, Joshua, and Katie. They were all approachable, friendly, and had great banter. They created a really nice environment in a temporary home away from home.
The facilities were great, gym was better than I expected from a hotel and swimming pool area was also a nice place to wind down.

Wasn’t happy with the room so we spoke to reception and the lovely lady on front desk upgraded us which was very nice.

GREAT LOCATION lovely quiet setting a central hub of a classic creation of a village bed comfortable and bathrooms in good order some remedial work required and carpets have seen better days .
