Functional but in need of updating
The free spa facility.
The part of the hotel we stayed in was very dated.

Overall a descent place.
Location was nice , and hotel amenities are good.
Price of 2 x breakfasts, delivery to room and total £76 was quite excessive.

Clean reliable accommodation
Pleasant hotel in commercial development on the edge of Bolton - handy for car drivers with good parking - 3.5 miles from train station. I was there for a business dinner arranged in the same complex: all worked smoothly.

Probably wouldn’t stay again as twice stayed in upper court yard
The staff are lovely and friendly
Twice I’ve stayed now and twice been given upper level on the court yard outside and both in bad condition weather so those stairs are horrendous going up and down especially in wet and heels
Rooms are as clean as should be
Beds are tiny pillows stained and flat
