A lady named Irene, took me for a little tour around the place and explained what was where, what was available and what wasnt. She explained how to order food, drinks and tables. She also explained why things were not available. when I brought the mrs flowers, she helped to get me a vase to put them in. She was very polite, extremely helpful and always willing to help. Rather than me keep going backwards and forwards from the bar, Irene would come to the table. All the staff were helpful, polite and smiled. I also love the purple hair on the lady at the reception desk! (Thats bonus points!)
