Amazing youth centre. Lots of facilities such as gaming area, football field, sports hall, fitness equipments. Staff provides mental health support. Schools, charities can engage.

Spent the night with my girlfriend, spa was lovely, such a shame that the owners sold off the surrounding fields to housing because it has ruined the view from the jacuzzi.
In the bar is where the real service started though. Ollie was a super star, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Great banter and a good lad to have a chat with. We met joe in the restaurant bar originally but later saw him covering in the village pub, later he was back in the bar In the restaurant. Everytime he was a pleasure to talk to, very friendly and very informative of the local area. These two guys made our stay here a real treat.
Shame about the view from the spa though.

This is my 5th or 6rh time staying here and I must say that you are always made to feel welcome at this hotel. Great benefit of the lift in the front part of the hotel now installed, last time had to struggle up 2 flights of stairs with luggage. Shelia in reception always seems to be on duty and both her and Lynda in the breakfast restaurant were always attentive and very pleasant. Will look forward to staying there again. Close to Hörwick Parkway railway station with free parking, makes travelling to Blackpool or Manchester a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

5 star service. Held a conference in the Park Avenue suite which was a great venue. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Refreshments and lunch also top notch.

Amazing customer services by Matthew, keot in touch all the way with our purchase, when we went to pick the car up the staff in there including Matthew were very friendly and very helpful, will most defo purchase from fish motors again 😀
