As a first time buyer whose property fell under the BSA rules many conveyancers would not take on my purchase and I also needed a speedy completion as a priority due to crossover times. I initially instructed another company but after one week it was clear they were not up to the task, so after further searching I went with ADK. I honestly could not fault the experience, especially compared to the stories many of my friends have had. Jinni who was my conveyancer was simply fantastic. Communication was always in play and responses and questions quickly replied to and despite some bumps linked with the leasehold (which Jinni was great at supporting with) we completed in around 15 weeks which has amazed others I’ve spoken to who have had a similarly complex apartment purchase like mine. Would fully recommend and a Thankyou to Jinni and those involved.

If there was Ballon-d'Or award for conveyancing then Tom Ellor of ADK law would win it easily. He didn't know me from Adam but provided me with the best service possible, his care and attention is outstanding and when he says he will get back to you he does. Outstanding service at a very very competitive price. You don't normally get great service and great price together.
