We booked on an all inclusive package for 1 night for a cousins getaway. We had 2 rooms, access to the spa, dinner, bed and breakfast and free drinks 1800-2200 with £30 each towards dinner. An absolute bargain !
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and the spa area lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Loads of choice at breakfast.
My only minor feedback was the horrible blue bands you have to wear on the inclusive package…make them gold..much more glamorous lol.
Can’t fault the place, we had a lovely 24 hrs.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place. The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, with such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The spa was excellent, our room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily return. Thank you for a lovely stay

The spa facilities were great. The room was comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. The bar and restaurant were great.
The bathroom was a little dated and the room felt it could be updated.

Stayed here as a stopover on a visit to our son in Edinburgh. All the staff were very good but have to make a special mention of Irene working in the bar her customer service was excellent.

Nice location but aspects of the room cleanliness were poor with badly stained carpeting and all the bedding had to be
Convenient location for our purposes.
We stayed for two nights . The room and en-suite were pleasant but the carpet was very badly stained and on inspection the pillows were stained and covered in hair . We complained and the bed was stripped and re made with new pillows and fresh linen . Nothing could be done about the carpet and we had to wear slippers for the duration of our stay .
