Having access to the pool and sauna was nice.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The bar area is nice and relaxing
The rooms are nice and well presented.. Some areas were untidy with glasses and dirty plates left in the corridor.
The staff on the bar were quite slow with a large amount of dirty glasses left on the end of the bar.
The sauna wasn't as warm as it should be, quite disappointed.
The pool wasn't as warm as it was during our first visit.
