Very nice place to stay with courteous staff always smiling and checking if you are ok. Lidia from breakfast very helpful and smiley. Helps any time she can and smile whatever the request. Irene from the bar also very nice seems like these two must be family because they both lovely and pleasant. Really loved the stay here and hope to be back very soon. Good job all and the gym swimming staff brilliant 🤩

Went today for a spa day, all staff were excellent, very helpful, friendly and do anything to help, always asking if they can help. Facilities were fab and really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely return to try other treatments. Left feeling so relaxed, clean and happy, thank you.

XL BULLY FRIENDLY AND THE BEST STAFF!!
We stayed here over the weekend and to say we were pleased with our stay really is an understatement - From the intial call to book, to checking out we have been impressed! Yes, its not a 5* hotel but come on people what do you expect! It was clean, comfy, and has a pool and spa facilities so really more could you ask for, for the money! Special shout out to Tasha who looked after us and the doggos - she put us in a bigger room so we had plenty of room for the crates for the dogs, wine and treats for us on arrival and toys and treats for the dogs along with a personal message! Not forgetting, Irene - big shout out to her as well! Really looked after us with dinner, drinks and sorting our breakfast out on the day we checked out! You ladies made such a difference to our experience and you both deserve a pay rise - you can tell you really love your job and people :) !! They both took time out of their day to talk to us about our dogs and took an interest in them! We would 100% stay here again and would certainly reccomend to anyone who has been nervous about going anywhere with your 'typed dog' these guys didnt discriminate and way out of their way to make our trip as stress free as possible! Massive thank you - you guys are amazing! From Vicki, Steve, Cali & Bronco! <3

Gm windows &doors brilliant company great people to deal with hard working paying attention to fine detail in the installation,polite guys will use them next time without hesitation after having french doors out to the garden, and 2nd visit to install back kitchen window well pleased with both installations....

Professional, expert, efficient from start to finish. The day of the installation of all our downstairs windows it was a pleasure to watch the teamwork on display. We are delighted with the result. All rubbish cleared away as though the installation never happened!
