Exec Summary: Good value for money and I'd stay again.
All of the staff were welcoming, without being sycophantic. The breakfast was very good for hotels of this rating. I watched freshly cooked food come out of the kitchen, served by a very hospitable member of staff. The car park is large and the common areas clean. The bed was comfortable.
I would invest in a few things: Some of the interiors need a touch up of paint, and the windows are showing their age. Power points with USB connections would have been welcomed.
The hotel is a little out of the way, but not massively inconvenient. The M6 can be heard from the rooms, not that this bothered me, it also means that access to the motorway is convenient.

I visited the shop today with a problem with a car key not working, I’d been to various other stores and non were able to help, the young gentleman was really helpful and noticed that the new batteries I had recently had put in were the wrong ones, so after weeks of setting my car alarm off every time I opened the door manually, it was fixed! And many thanks to the lovely and helpful assistant. Would definitely recommend and if I ever need anything else to do with keys and locks that will be where I’m going.

I used ADK Law for my conveyancing when buying my first house and couldn’t recommend them enough. I unfortunately had two purchases fall through before I completed on the third, but I continued to use ADK for all of them as they provided a great service. Lorna Speakman worked on my case and was brilliant, I never had to call and chase, she replied to all my emails within minutes and always kept me in the loop. She was great advising me on things I wasn’t sure on as a FTB. Would definitely use again.
