Very hot but able to request a fan as room had no air conditioning. Asked for extra beverage sachets and milk but good choice available ( 2 per type)

Really nice village/hotel/spa. Some features outdated but mostly well kept. Only negative is their website - not user friendly and hard to navigate

I couldn't believe how up to date synergy dental care was & how lovely the staff was i had to had bits of teeth where they'd broke & snapped the nice dentist took them out within 10 minutes & they talked me through after care thank you very much & I've recommended my friend to you 😀

Perfect finishes repaired my Dacia car after it was driven into whilst parked.
They arranged collection of my damaged car very quickly.
I was informed of the progress whilst it was being repaired.
The car was repaired to an excellent standard, that I am very happy with.
The repair of my car was arranged through my insurance, so I do not know the cost.
I am very happy with the service I received from their polite and friendly staff.

The room was lovely, the bed was a good size and the bathroom looked new, great shower with plenty of natural light. The breakfast was good and provided a good start to the day. The restaurant was very good, the quality of the venison was excellent, prices were very reasonable, the spa was one of the best we have been to. A large pool and very well equipped gym. The location was great and not far from Bolton. The staff were friendly and always helpful. Overall we would recommend the hotel.

Best place for great traditional food! Comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming and service was efficient. Perfect chips. Delicious cheese and onion pie, but a pity they don't have a smaller portion of this on their 'pensioners menu'. Smaller portions = less waste + higher profit margins!
