What an absolutely great day. This was a special birthday present and it was fantastic. Sushma helped me prep & cook a number of starters and main courses going into great detail to explain each spice & step to each recipe. She was here almost 6 hours and I was drained, but in a positive way at the end. If anyone is short of any idea for a present for a loved one, here it is.<br>Sushma is a lovely person too which made the time fly<br>Highly recommended

Attended an Indian cookery course today with Sushma. Fantastic day. Came away with loads of dishes I made and the knowledge to make them all at home. Included onion pakoras, chicken tikka, chicken curry, chilli paneer, aloo gobi, naan bread and loads more. Who know Indian cooking could be easy! Thank you Sushma will definitely see you again x
